According to Daybreak Games Company, they are the “ultimate online gaming destination, providing immersive entertainment for your PC and Console. An impressive statement from a company with approximately $100 million in yearly revenue. Owned by Columbus Nova, “an investment management firm with over $2.5 billion of assets,” Daybreak Games should be ‘no small operation.’

So why can’t such a company, permanently fix their login problem? Since 2 January 2017, Daybreak Games Company LLC has had login ‘issues’; customers unable to access their online software.

What are those login issues? Daybreak Games has never provided a technical explanation.

Well … except they say the customer is to blame.

Well … Daybreak Games does have a public relations and marketing problem. Via example, view their press page. The last press release is dated “Oct 03 2016” and has “6 Shares.” And when did you last see a Daybreak Games advertisement.

But I digress {Ed}.

In lieu of a satisfactory technical “why,” we’ll provide the “when.” While this article deals with the trials of Daybreak Games EverQuest II customers, a MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game), many of the login ‘issues’ impact other customers.
